" Goodbye Mayor Collins"

Today the city of Toledeo said goodbye to Mayor Collins. Evan tho I don't know Mayor Collins at all I had the upmost respect for him. As our Mayor,  Collins beleve he could change Toledeo and he did. For the pass 13 mounths Mayor Collins had plans to put Toledeo on the map. Collins work heard sometimes working around the clock to see the change happen." Mayor Collins,you put other people      before yourself, when you ran of Mayor you said "Collins Cares." Well now, it will be "Toledeo  Cares."
